At Koretitanium, we are dedicated to delivering our high-performance titanium cookware safely and efficiently to your doorstep. We proudly serve customers across Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and selected international destinations.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• Handling & Order Cut-off Time: All orders are reviewed, verified, and processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after order confirmation.

• Once your package has been processed and leaves our international fulfillment center, you will automatically receive an email notification containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES & DESTINATIONS

We partner with trusted international shipping carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, and local courier networks) to ensure safe delivery.

• Canada: 5 – 12 business days

• United Kingdom: 5 – 10 business days

• Australia: 6 – 12 business days

• New Zealand: 6 – 14 business days

• Rest of Supported Regions: 7 – 15 business days

Please note: Estimated delivery times are based on carrier historical averages and do not include the 1–3 business days of handling time. Occasional delays due to peak seasonal volume, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures may occur.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

• Complimentary Worldwide Express Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping ($0.00) on all orders delivered to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and all other supported destinations.

• There are no hidden handling charges or mandatory shipping fees applied at checkout.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Peace of Mind, Start to Finish:

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with your direct tracking link and courier details. You can follow your order’s journey step-by-step from our warehouse to your doorstep.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@koretitanium.com.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

• Orders shipped to Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand are generally covered under standard international postal agreements.

• Any applicable local sales taxes (such as GST or VAT) are calculated and clearly shown at checkout where required by law.

• Customers are responsible for any extra local customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes imposed by their local government authorities upon entry, if applicable.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & DELIVERIES

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your complete shipping address, apartment/unit number, and local phone number before completing checkout. We cannot modify the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

• Unclaimed or Refused Packages: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if a package is refused/unclaimed and returned to our warehouse, the customer may be responsible for the actual shipping and return fees incurred.

• Packages Marked as Delivered: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please verify around your property, check with household members or neighbors, and contact your local postal carrier. If confirmed lost, please contact our support team at info@koretitanium.com so we can assist with carrier claims.
